These terms apply to the Phoenix website and products, provided by Lamassu Enterprises Ltd. ("we"). By using this site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Products and access
Phoenix products are digital training and resources. After purchase you get access to the members area. Your access is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
Payments
Payments are processed by our retailer and payment processor (JVZoo). Prices are shown before you pay.
AI Mike plans and free trial
AI Mike is a monthly ($47 a month) or yearly ($247 a year) plan. It renews at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time through JVZoo or by emailing support@getphoenixofficial.com. The AI Mike free trial lasts 7 days: if you don't cancel before it ends, it continues as the $247 yearly plan. AI Mike is an AI assistant: its answers can be wrong, so check anything important.
